Studio Honeysuckle Garden Plans
What We
Offer
Design Consultation

Before you commit to engaging Studio Honeysuckle to design a garden plan or install a new garden, you can have a one on one in person on-site meeting and ask any question about plants, the gardening process, share your vision and receive feedback from the head designer, John Erik.

This is a great time to receive feedback on the light and soil conditions of your land and what types of native plants (shade or sun loving plants) will work best. Native blossoms need 8 hours of direct sun and the North and East sides of the property will support shade plants ideally. Trying to force plants to grow where they are not happy will lead to the slow death of the plant.

Cost: $100 per hour. Minimum 2 hours. Project must be within 50 miles of Callicoon NY.
Garden Design Plan

Studio Honeysuckle will meet with you onsite to discuss your vision, timeline, budget and walk the property together. Once a general ideal of the vision is clarified and the deposit paid, Studio Honeysuckle will create a detailed plan in color and to scale of the future garden with walkways, walls, type of plants and general location of plants. The process allows for client feedback and modification of the design plan until the final layout and selection of plants is approved and confirmed by the client so you know what to expect.

Cost: garden plans range in price from $500-$2500 depending on the size of the garden.
-50% deposit is required to start the design. 50% balance is due on completion.
Leadtime: 3 days -2 weeks
Garden Installation

Once the details of the new garden are clarified in a garden plan, Studio Honeysuckle will install the actual garden on site. A detailed breakdown of the installation process will be provided with timeline, scope of work, and total cost. Project cost will include building of dry laid stone walls, stone patios, planting of plants, labor, cost of plants, soil, amendments, mulch, etc.
